Fast Weight Loss Diet

Folks keep looking for quick results.  Long term programs do require perseverance and patience, but they work the best.  Both elements are troublesome.  Weight loss is no different.  People who want to lose weight are always on the look out for the fast weight loss diet.  The problem is that fast weight loss usually means yo-yo weight loss, the pounds return after the diet ends.  When integrated into an overall healthy diet, fad diets can be of benefit.

This three day diet will help you shed pounds.  But remember, it has to be part of an overall eating plan and should not be maintained for more than three days. 

For day on breakfast is black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, 1/2 Grapefruit or eight ounces of Juice, and 1 slice toast with one tablespoon of Peanut Butter.  Lunch is half a cup of Tuna on 1 slice of toast and black coffee or tea (sweetened with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.  Dinner should be three ounces of any lean meat, a cup of green beans, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, one medium apple, and as always black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

For day two breakfast is black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, One egg cooked any style, one slice of toast, and 1 banana.  Lunch is one cup of cottage cheese or tuna, five saltine crackers, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water.  Dinner includes 2 beef franks or hot dogs, 1/2 cup of carrots,one banana, 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage, one half cup of vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

And finally day three breakfast is black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, 5 plain saltine crackers, 1 oz.(slice) cheddar cheese, and one apple.  Lunch is one hard boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water.  Dinner is one cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, one cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of melon, a half cup of regular vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

Lemons, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as needed.  You can also make some switches such as cottage cheese for tuna, an orange for grapefruit, and frozen yogurt for ice cream.  Please remember that this fast weight loss diet is a three day diet, only to be followed as part of an overall healthy diet.  Consider asking the local hospital for their version of a low calorie diet.
