Just get the remote control (use the biggest 1 you have from the pile of remotes) and, while sitting watching your chosen team or movie and having your arm pointing toward the Television, point the remote at the ceiling, moving your wrist only. Keep it there for 10 seconds, then aim it at the floor, again only moving the wrist. Do this three to 4 times during each commercial. Be cautious not to inadvertently switch the channel when doing this exercise or it might irritate individuals who are enjoying Tv with you.</p>
